Depending on availability and operational capacity, we may also offer or facilitate air freight, ocean freight, ground transport, customs-related support, and other logistics services.

4. Customer Account and Information

5. Booking of Deliveries
A delivery booking may be made through our website, customer portal, mobile application, customer service channels, or any other method accepted by GO FAST DELIVERY LTD.
A booking is subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or reschedule any booking due to operational constraints, inaccurate information, service unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraud, prohibited items, safety concerns, or any other reasonable ground.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all booking details are accurate before confirming the delivery request.
6. Collection of Parcels
Where collection is requested, the sender must ensure that the parcel is ready for collection at the agreed pickup address and within the agreed collection time frame.
If the parcel is not ready, the address is incorrect, the contact person is unavailable, access is restricted, or collection cannot be completed for reasons outside our control, we may charge additional fees or reschedule the collection.
We reserve the right to refuse collection of any parcel that appears unsafe, improperly packed, incorrectly declared, damaged, leaking, prohibited, restricted, suspicious, or unsuitable for transportation.
7. Packaging and Labelling
The sender is responsible for ensuring that every parcel is properly packed, sealed, protected, and labelled according to the nature, weight, size, fragility, and value of the item.
Packaging must be sufficient to withstand normal handling, sorting, transport, loading, unloading, and delivery conditions.
GO FAST DELIVERY LTD shall not be liable for damage, leakage, breakage, loss, or deterioration caused by poor packaging, insufficient protection, incorrect labelling, fragile contents, perishable goods, or the nature of the item itself.
8. Prohibited and Restricted Items
Customers must not use our services to send or transport prohibited, unlawful, dangerous, hazardous, stolen, counterfeit, undeclared, or restricted goods.
Prohibited or restricted items may include, without limitation:
- Illegal substances, weapons, explosives, hazardous materials, flammable items
- Live animals, human remains
- Cash, negotiable instruments, high-value jewellery, precious metals
- Perishable goods requiring special conditions
- Items requiring specific permits
- Any goods prohibited by applicable law, customs rules, postal rules, aviation rules, transport rules, or our internal policies
We reserve the right to refuse, hold, return, report, or hand over any parcel to the relevant authority where required by law or where we reasonably suspect that the parcel contains prohibited, restricted, unlawful, unsafe, or undeclared items.
The customer shall be fully responsible for any loss, penalty, fine, seizure, claim, delay, cost, or legal consequence arising from prohibited, restricted, misdeclared, undeclared, or unlawful goods.
9. Delivery Timeframes
Any delivery timeframe provided on our website, portal, quotation, communication, or tracking system is an estimate only, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver parcels within the estimated timeframe. However, delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, including traffic, weather conditions, public holidays, incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, customs procedures, security checks, operational delays, incomplete documentation, payment issues, high parcel volumes, system interruptions, or force majeure events.
GO FAST DELIVERY LTD shall not be liable for delay where the delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control or by incorrect, incomplete, or late information supplied by the customer, sender, recipient, merchant, carrier, freight partner, customs authority, or any third party.
10. Delivery Address and Recipient Availability
The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, recipient name, telephone number, and any special delivery instructions.
The recipient must be available to receive the parcel at the delivery address. Where the recipient is unavailable, unreachable, refuses delivery, provides wrong information, fails to pay applicable charges, or requests rescheduling, the delivery may be delayed, rescheduled, returned, or placed on hold.
Additional charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts, address correction, redirection, storage, return, special handling, or rescheduling.
11. Proof of Delivery
GO FAST DELIVERY LTD may record proof of delivery through one or more methods, including recipient signature, name confirmation, delivery photo, GPS location, delivery status update, electronic confirmation, OTP verification, or any other method used by our systems.
The customer accepts that electronic proof of delivery, system records, delivery scans, photographs, tracking updates, and delivery logs may be used as evidence of delivery, attempted delivery, refusal, return, or service performance.
12. Tracking Information
Tracking information is provided for convenience and transparency. While we make reasonable efforts to provide accurate tracking updates, tracking information may be delayed, incomplete, temporarily unavailable, or affected by system, network, operational, or third-party issues.
Tracking updates do not create a guarantee of delivery time unless expressly confirmed in writing by GO FAST DELIVERY LTD.
13. Prices, Fees, and Charges

The customer is responsible for paying all applicable charges, including delivery fees, customs duties, taxes, VAT, import charges, storage charges, penalties, return costs, bank charges, payment gateway charges, and any other charges relating to the parcel or service.
14. Online Payments
GO FAST DELIVERY LTD may accept online payments through approved payment methods, including card payments, bank transfers, mobile payments, payment links, or other payment options made available on our website or portal.
Online payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers, including MIPS or other authorised payment partners. Payment processing is subject to the terms, conditions, security rules, and approval procedures of the relevant payment provider, bank, card network, or financial institution.
GO FAST DELIVERY LTD does not store full card details on its website. Card and online payment details are processed through secure payment channels provided by the relevant payment gateway or financial institution.
A payment shall be considered completed only when we receive confirmation from the relevant payment provider, bank, or payment system.
We reserve the right to suspend, delay, or cancel any service where payment is not received, payment is declined, payment is reversed, payment is disputed, or the transaction appears suspicious or fraudulent.
15. Failed, Declined, or Reversed Payments

We may request alternative payment, suspend delivery, withhold release of a parcel, cancel a booking, recover outstanding charges, or take any lawful action to recover unpaid amounts.
The customer shall be responsible for any bank charges, chargeback fees, administrative costs, legal costs, or recovery costs resulting from unpaid or disputed payments.
16. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, where applicable, shall be considered on a case-by-case basis.
A customer may request cancellation of a booking before collection or before the service has started. Once a parcel has been collected, processed, transported, delivered, returned, or otherwise handled, delivery fees and service charges may be non-refundable.
Refunds may not be granted where the service failure, delay, cancellation, return, or non-delivery was caused by incorrect information, recipient unavailability, refusal of delivery, unpaid charges, prohibited goods, customs issues, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where a refund is approved, it may be processed through the original payment method or another method determined by GO FAST DELIVERY LTD. Processing times for refunds may depend on the bank, card issuer, payment provider, or payment gateway.
17. Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Charges
For international shipments, imported parcels, e-commerce parcels, or customs-related services, the customer, sender, recipient, merchant, consignee, or importer shall be responsible for all customs duties, taxes, VAT, import charges, penalties, documentation requirements, permits, declarations, and compliance obligations, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
GO FAST DELIVERY LTD may assist with customs-related processes where such service is available, but we do not guarantee customs clearance timeframes or outcomes.
Customs authorities may inspect, hold, delay, assess, seize, reject, or require further documentation in relation to any parcel. GO FAST DELIVERY LTD shall not be liable for delays, charges, penalties, seizure, refusal, or losses caused by customs procedures, inaccurate declarations, missing documents, unpaid duties or taxes, or regulatory requirements.
18. Cash-on-Delivery and Collection of Amounts
Where cash-on-delivery, tax collection, customs payment collection, or payment collection services are provided, the recipient must pay the required amount before the parcel is released, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If the recipient refuses to pay, is unavailable, cannot be contacted, or disputes the amount due, the parcel may be placed on hold, returned, rescheduled, or dealt with according to our operational procedures.
GO FAST DELIVERY LTD shall not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by unpaid cash-on-delivery amounts, unpaid taxes, unpaid customs duties, disputed charges, or refusal by the recipient to pay.
19. Storage, Return, and Unclaimed Parcels
Where a parcel cannot be delivered due to wrong address, recipient unavailability, refusal, unpaid charges, customs issues, lack of documentation, or any other reason outside our control, the parcel may be held, returned, or stored.
Storage fees, return fees, redelivery fees, administrative fees, and any related costs may apply.
If a parcel remains unclaimed for a prolonged period after reasonable notice or attempted contact, GO FAST DELIVERY LTD may deal with the parcel in accordance with applicable law and internal procedures.
20. Loss, Damage, and Limitation of Liability
GO FAST DELIVERY LTD will take reasonable care in handling parcels accepted for delivery. However, all logistics services carry inherent risks, including loss, delay, damage, misrouting, theft, customs delay, weather disruption, operational disruption, and third-party handling risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GO FAST DELIVERY LTD shall not be liable for:
- indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential loss;
